Fondue Chinoise, also known as Chinese hot pot, is a true delicacy! Thinly sliced premium meat is brought to your table together with a bowl of boiling broth. You and your party may then prepare your own meal and cook the meat exactly to your liking. A tasty selection of different dips, several delicious sides and a salad are also included. This cruise gives you the unique opportunity to enjoy the meat fondue in the elegant ambience of the paddle steamer Unterwalden from 1902.
