New in 2012! (Minced Meat Fritter Cruise)
Scenic views of Mount Pilatus and the local culinary specialty of "Ennetbürger Hacktätschli" are all served on this new lunch cruise that takes you on a round-trip to Alpnachstad and back. "Hacktätschli" are probably best described as beef patties served with egg and herbs. They are quite hearty and part of the staple diet of sturdy mountaineers! In case you would like to have lunch onboard, the special offer is the Menu Ennetbürgen which features a mixed salad as a starter, then a selection of the typical "Hacktätschli" served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables on the side. Last but not least, a home-made fruit cake is provided for desert. All for the flat-rate of: CHF 38.50
