If you need a break, there are one or two restaurants where you can rest and have a drink. Afterwards, you can take the boat from Hertenstein back to Lucerne. Pay attention to the seasonal timetables!
Our tip: About 10 mins before reaching Hertenstein pier, you will pass along Rachmaninov Quay, from where you have a great view of the surrounding scenery and might want to make some memorable photos.
