You may purchase tickets aboard each of our ships without surcharge. Please acquire a ticket right after boarding. Additionally, we have year-round ticket offices at our piers in Lucerne and Weggis, as well as seasonally staffed sales offices from spring to autumn in Vitznau, Brunnen and Flüelen. Various companies, including SBB, Rigi Bahnen, Pilatus Bahnen, Treib Seelisberg Bahn, Tourist Office Beckenried and Tourist Office Gersau will also sell you combined tickets that are valid on our boats. Now you can also buy your ticket online.

Yes, our partners Pilatus Bahnen, Rigi Bahnen, Treib Seelisberg Bahn and the aerial cableway at Beckenried will sell you a combined ticket or accept such a ticket issued by us.

Please note that for riding to the summit of the Pilatus you will need to exchange your paper ticket for a special pass with a magnetic stripe, once you get to their base station. This is in order to operate the barriers on site. 

We accept numerous currencies in cash (CHF, EUR), Twint as well as European EC cards and all major credit cards. We also accept Swiss Reka vouchers.

Passepartout: Passepartout commuter tickets or passes are generally not valid on our boats!
Exception: The monthly or annual Passepartout passes are valid for free travel between Lucerne, Hertenstein, Weggis and Vitznau only, as long as the pass covers all three fare zones 10, 29 and 39.
Exeption: Panoramic Cruise with Yacht Saphir

With the Lake Lucerne-Pass you travel free of charge for one year on all scheduled boats:

2nd class: CHF 299
1st class: CHF 399

Children under 6 years of age travel for free, while children 6-16 may travel at half price. For longer journeys it is worthwhile purchasing a day ticket for children for CHF 12.00 in 2nd class, or CHF 16.00 in 1st class. The Junior Card allows all kids from 6-16 to travel for free.

There are no discounts for seniors! 

For example, if you have booked Lucerne - Rütli - Lucerne, you can get off and on again along the way. The ticket is not time-bound. However, please note that you must stay on the same route.

Yes, on your birthday you may travel free of charge in 1st class on all regularly scheduled cruises on Lake Lucerne. Just show us an official ID card with proof of your birthday and you will receive a free day ticket from any of our staffed ticket offices ashore or on the boats. ID proof will be required. Please note that these free travel offers are NOT valid on any of the specially themed cruises. 

We offer a reduced group rate (30% reduction on the individual rate) for groups of 10 or more people. The condition is that the group ticket is purchased and paid by one person. Payment can be made in cash or with all common cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amexco, EC or Postcard). 

No, this is not necessary, even if "Print@Home" is noted. It is sufficient to show the QR code digitally as well.
