Important questions about the fondue- and raclette-ship
Can I also eat fondue or raclette on my own?
If there are two or more people at the table who would like fondue, the dish will be offered. Raclette can also be ordered by a single person. On this boat, however, you decide in favour of either raclette or fondue.
On which ship does the cruise take place?
The Fondue & Raclette boat is on the MS Diamant or the MS Waldstätter. However, there may be changes in the planning that lead to new ship assignments.
Where does the cheese come from?
The fondue mix comes from Urnerboden (UR). The alpine cheese dairy on the Urnerboden is located at 1400 metres above sea level, where the herbs are particularly aromatic. The raclette cheese also comes from Urnerboden. The following varieties are available: Nature, pepper, paprika and garlic raclette cheese.
