Revision Bürgenstock funicular | 23 to 27 February 2026
Due to maintenance work, the Bürgenstock Railway will be out of service from 23 to 27 February 2026. Replacement buses will be available in Lucerne (bus stop Z) for hotel guests of the Bürgenstock Resort. Day guests are advised to travel via the Zentralbahn (S4) to Stansstad and continue by PostBus (line 321).

Revision Treib-Seelisberg-Bahn AG | 02 to 13 March 2026
Due to maintenance work, Treib–Seelisberg Railway AG will be out of service from 02 to 06 March 2026 and from 09 to 13 March 2026. During this period, a small PostBus with 12 seats will operate between Treib and Seelisberg. On weekends and from 14 March 2026 onwards, the regular train timetable will apply. Ticket counter in Weggis closed until Sun, 15 March 2026
Please note that the ticket counter at Weggis ship station (ticket sales and information) is currently under renovation and will remain closed until Sunday, 15 March 2026. Weggis ship station continues to be served by scheduled services as usual. The ticket counter is scheduled to reopen on Monday, 16 March 2026.
