Tavolago has gone to great lengths to build up a top-notch network of local suppliers, from butchers to bakers to cheese makers. All of their hand-crafted products can be found on our menu. This includes premium Swiss lamb from Tavolago's own Alpine farm in Canton Uri or savory venison from Rottal. We have enlisted some of the most talented winemakers in Switzerland and Italy, to supply us with good table wines as well as exclusive vintages. It's our approach to honest hospitality and our commitment to local sustainability.
