Simple, honest, and made with fresh local products – that is our philosophy. The dishes on our menu are freshly and seasonally prepared using regional products. For example, the meat always comes from Switzerland: the lambs graze on the Göschener Alp, and the turkeys are raised by the Muheim family in Greppen.
Our partners are carefully selected and share our high standards of quality. Together, we create unique products that are innovative and delight our guests. For instance, Urbräu is specially brewed in Einsiedeln for Tavolago, and our house wine, Cuvée Blanche, is assembled by the Central Swiss winemaker Stefan Kümin.
