Questions about tickets

Where can I buy a boat ticket?

You may purchase tickets aboard each of our ships without surcharge. Please acquire a ticket right after boarding. Additionally, we have year-round ticket offices at our piers in Lucerne and Weggis, as well as seasonally staffed sales offices from spring to autumn in Vitznau, Brunnen and Flüelen. Various companies, including SBB, Rigi Bahnen, Pilatus Bahnen, Treib Seelisberg Bahn, Tourist Office Beckenried and Tourist Office Gersau will also sell you combined tickets that are valid on our boats.

Can I buy the ticket before the actual day of travel?

Yes, the ticket can also be bought before the actual day of travel.

Can I purchase combined tickets for the boats and the mountain railways?

Yes, our partners Pilatus Bahnen, Rigi Bahnen, Treib Seelisberg Bahn and the aerial cableway at Beckenried will sell you a combined ticket or accept such a ticket issued by us. Please note that for riding to the summit of the Pilatus you will need to exchange your paper ticket for a special pass with a magnetic stripe, once you get to their base station. This is in order to operate the barriers on site.
